These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions of sale of the services offered by Guidly, mobile application published by the company GUIDLY SAS, for its consumer users (hereinafter "the User").
Guidly allows its Users to access personalized audio content about tourist monuments around the world.

Using the Guidly application and placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at any time via the application and the website. The User declares having read these Terms and Conditions before any transaction.
4. Services offered
Guidly offers several services accessible via the mobile application:
Access to AI-generated audio content about tourist sites; ;
Personalization of the experience according to the User's preferences; ;
(If applicable) Access to premium or paid features (e.g., exclusive tours, offline audio, etc.).
5. Price
Service prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The applicable rate is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Free services may be offered on a promotional or permanent basis. Prices for paid services may change; the User will be informed of any changes before making a purchase.
6. Payment
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms are governed by these platforms. No banking information is collected directly by Guidly.
In the event of a dispute relating to payment, the User should contact the platform concerned.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium (e.g., audio on demand) when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and he has expressly waived his right of withdrawal.
The User acknowledges that access to Guidly content begins immediately after purchase, and that they therefore waive their right of withdrawal.
8. Responsibility
Guidly makes every effort to provide reliable and accurate information, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of automatically generated audio content.
Guidly cannot be held liable in the event of:
improper use of the application; ;
indirect damages related to the use of the application (loss of data, revenue, etc.); ;
temporary unavailability of the application.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Guidly (text, audio, illustrations, interface) is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or reuse without authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal data
Guidly collects and processes certain personal data in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).

11. Amendment to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Guidly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of purchase of the services. Users will be notified of any changes via the application.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the User may use the free consumer mediation service to which Guidly subscribes. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
